As part of measuring and reporting on Engagement, the system tracks and reports on Engagement Index Score™ (EIS). This feature is currently available for Contacts, Companies, and Opportunities. EIS helps provide a rating and measure of how Engaged is a Contact (or collection of Contacts in the case of companies and opportunities). As an index, the score is time sensitive and is subject to decrease overtime if no interactions occur.
List views pages for Contacts, Companies, and Opportunities allow for Filtering by Engagement. This helpful filter view arms users with intelligence to quickly identify key opportunities that are trending and are possibly worth prioritizing.
EIS: How it Works
* Activity Types are assigned an Engagement Points value.
* Each Activity Type is assigned a different score which is weighted based on the significance of the Activity Type (higher values suggest higher Engagement).
* EIS will change over time: Since EIS is a time sensitive function of Engagement, the EIS value will decline over time if new activities are not generated.
