momencio’s Campaign Tool provides access for users to create and share Campaigns URLs via the channel of their preference.
For example, Sales Reps interested in driving (and measuring) traffic to their company’s landing page can now do so without waiting for marketing. The Sales Rep will simply enter some details including the URL they would like to share, and the system will provide a new URL that the Sales Rep can post on LinkedIn, for instance.
Sharing/Posting a campaign generated URL provides the following benefits:
* The URL ties back to the user (source) who generated the campaign.
* Unique tracking will allow this user to get the credit for their campaigning efforts.
* Individualized campaign efforts can be tracked separately.
To access and review all of your campaigns or to create new ones:
Step 1: Choose Listing on the Campaigns section.
Step 2: Click to Add Campaign.
Step 3: Choose a Title for your campaign
i.e. Social Media Campaign May
Step 4: Choose a key for your campaign
Step 5: Click to Add Campaign.
Note: For the key section it is important to use low case letters and not leave spaces between the words. You will use these information to connect the emails with that specific campaign.
You can delete a campaign anytime by simply clicking on Actions and then Delete.
You can mass edit campaigns:
Step 1: Click on Edit.
Step 2: Select the campaigns that you want to edit.
Step 3: Click on Select Action and select the action you want to take.
Setup an email campaign
To set up a campaign email follow the steps bellow:
Step 1: Access Emails section from the Communication Center.
Step 2: Click to add New Campaign.
Step 3: Add in Groups the group of people that you want to receive your email campaign.
Step 4: Change the Email template if needed to the one that reflects the needs of your campaign.
Step 5: Add the right Campaign and click to Preview.
You can then send your email campaign or schedule it for later. To do so click on the Schedule button.
Choose Date, Hour and Time Zone and click Done.
You can always see how your campaign is going. Simply click on a campaign from the list and you will access the dashboard.
How to create and add a campaign URL
You can generate a campaign URL that you can include in your email campaigns, or in any other medium you are using for your campaigns. The system will track who opened the URL.
To generate the URL:
Step 1: Choose PURL Generator on the Campaigns section.
Step 2: Fill out the boxes
Step 3: Click to Generate Campaign URL.
Copy and Paste your Campaign Link to your Email campaign.
You can check related activities on your activity stream.
