Momencio allows you to integrate your calendar with the CRM.
This features offers the advantage to:
- See your schedule from within the CRM
- Add/Schedule new “events” from momencio.
To access this section click on the calendar icon at the top right of the CRM page.
Schedule a new event
To schedule a new event/meeting etc click on the “+ New Event”.
Fill out all the fields and define if you want the new “event” to be tracked as activity. If yes define what kind of activity.
Activity Stream Record
If you choose to track the new event as Activity, you will be able to see its record on the activity stream.
Click on it to access more information.
The new event will appear on your calendar view.
Note: You will also receive the invitation at your email provider’s application.
