You can now create your team’s tasks inside your momencio CRM.
Choose tasks from the main navigation menu, to access all the existing records or to create new ones.
Create New Task
To create a new task:
- Add a title, select its priority and status. The percentage of completion will be automatically updated based on the selected status.
- Assignee/Summary: You can assign the task to a specific user from your team.
- CRM & Dates: You can also connect the task with a specific contact or lead, company, opportunity and dates. These information will help the assignee to gain a comprehensive view of the task.
You can review the task that you created from the list.
- Click on a task to gain access to specific details.
Based on your permissions you will be allowed to see or not different tasks.
By clicking on a specific task you will be directed to its single view.
From this view you can see:
- All the activities related to the task
- Task’s details
Mass Edit Tasks
You can mass edit tasks by clicking on the Edit button:
Select the tasks that you want to edit and choose among the different possible actions:
Activity Stream Record
All the activities related to the tasks will be visible on the activity stream. To access this section select “Activities” on the main navigation menu.
